Tunic & Skirt Finished!

Yay! I couldn't wait to show you guys. I finished the tunic and skirt and will hopefully have the poncho done before I have to start preparing for having the family over on the 4th.

Went to the fabric store yesterday and fell in love with a chartreuse knit. But the rest of this month is spoken for.

Figured out the cretan stitch for the trim.

Man, that was one ton of stitching. Now back to our regular programming.

Happy Fourth of July to all my friends in the USA.

That turned out great and looks great on you! It seems like it went really fast, but of course I wasn't the one doing the stitching. :)

That was a lot of work, but worth every stitch. You look like a million dollars in it.

Wow Judy this is fabulous. You could hang the top on the wall as a piece of art when you're not wearing it. Happy 4th of July.

What a beautiful garment, and on you it looks absolutely marvelous. The cutwork taken contemporary is a lovely way to stitch.

I'm in love. Also, that tunic is fabulous. Really pretty and I love that color.

I hope your 4th was as wonderful as my 4th. I don't want to brag, but I was really busy. Busier than a lot of people. And my 4th was so much better than a lot of people's!

okay, it's all a sham.

Ooh! Have you ever made a sham?

(hint: way too much work)
