Wow that is a lot of work but beautiful!
OH MY!!!! This is going to be amazing!!!!
looks like Alabama Chanin inspiration to me...just beautiful..
Obsessive? Ummm....maybe a little. I do believe, though, the line forms to the right. I'll make space here, right behind me!I LOVE this. Beautiful, Judy, really textural and subtle and yummy.
Oh my gosh! I love those skirts you made and have plans to make one myself when I am on vacation next week but I promise you I will NOT be doing all that stitching. You have patience beyond measure!
So intricate , I can imagine the satisfaction and the peacefulness in each hand driven stitch. A real work of art!
Stitching makes you obsessive, right? Just another round, just a bit more... :-) It's beautiful!
Gorgeous!! I can't wait to see it in person! :) ox
Love, love, love ..... I find that stitching so therapeutic (and of course so pleasing to the eye). Dont you just love Alabama Chanin. Her designs and her passion for hand made.Love what you're doing Judy.Jacky xox
Your garments are wonderful. I understand your obsession. Right now I'm on a homemade pasta making kick. At least your obsession is not fattening!!!
I, too, find stitching therapeutic, Jacky. Even though I go off on other obsessive trips,(wax, plaster, or torch) I always return to the stitching. I can't wait to see your finished ensemble, Judy!!!
Oh, ok. Not a one day project! I guess I haven't visited in a while. It is beautiful, and I know a lot of work. My hands ache just admiring it!
