(Not to mention a week with my sister visiting and a really wonderful Thanksgiving with my family. Ahhhh, enough to make you love winter.)
Plus I'm taking several online courses this winter (painting, photography and Photoshop) and I'm amazed at how much I love them. Being able to watch the demonstrations up close and over and over. It does have me thinking. Maybe next winter I will offer one too. I have about a half-dozen teaching commitments for 2010 that will keep me busy until then.
So I won't forget to check in from time to time with an update. I am painting and writing up a storm in the studio. I'll share all of it soon.
I like the phrase "eating my brain", that's exactly how I feel when I have to learn something new on the computer.
ReplyDeleteHave fun.

Judy, when you get CS4 down can you teach me? I'm still hobbling through it .... photography online class? Right up my alley... let me know what you're doing, maybe I'll join in...of course would LOVE to see you teach an online class in the future, it would fill up lightening fast I'm sure.. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI'd be very interested in any class you were to teach on line. (even after listening to you in an interview yesterday/video telling us NOT to take classes, just do! Loved hearing that!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteI have missed a few posts I see-and have enjoyed catching up! I can see you have been busy. I cannot even do basic photoshop so I really should do a course. I really love your book of faces and I liked seeing the step by step process too. I think it would be great if you did an online class-then us out of the country types could attend!

ReplyDeletejudy, would you mind sharing with us where you're taking classes? I am always on the lookout for good online classes especially in mixed media :) and i would LOVE it if you taught one too!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI am loving my online classes. I took two with Mary Ann this summer and now I am taking one with Suzi Blu on drawing faces. I stumbled upon a doll class I am going to take next. I'd love to see an online offering from you.

ReplyDeleteIf you ever teach an on-line class related to how you journal, techniques and such, I'm all the way in. I'll send you a check RIGHT NOW -- what's your address?
Hey, Judy. I am learning Dreamweaver. And working with Photoshop CS4 and InDesign CS4. I have no brain left - almost! What would I do without yoga in the evenings? A Judy Wise online class would be awesome!
ReplyDeleteI'm still here, too. Amazing as I have _no_ brain for anything to eat, not even the computer grinches...! PhotoShop is still a mere concept to me, altho I have tried...
ReplyDeleteI am thankful you have enjoyed the time away, and esp with the visits at T'Day.
And any class you give online, expect to "see" me there.
Take good good care.
